Just last week I was reading in the Tico Times how Daniel Ortega (current 'president' of Nicaragua) intends to invalidate a lot of property titles (they are not fully but close to being that) that are 'how surprising' near the coast

I am even scared to buy land in remote areas of my own country hehe!

Im in Thailand right now, you can rent a condo about a block from the beach in Pattaya for around $500 a month. By the way, this is the greatest place on the planet.
